These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UpLeads application and website (“UpLeads,” “we,” “us”) (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these terms. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with your Google account and connect your Upwork account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and current, and that you are authorized to connect those third-party accounts.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• Some features are available through paid plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or per the plan you select).
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Prices may change; any change will be communicated before it takes effect on your next billing period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited use

• Violating applicable law or third-party terms (including Upwork).
• Abusing, damaging, or interfering with the security of the Service.
• Accessing the Service through automated means without permission, or reselling access without our consent.
• Using the Service for spam, fraud, or activity that harms others.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service, including processing by third-party AI model providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI features

Output generated by AI features is assistive and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before relying on them.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Service at any time. We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
